House Rules

• Clean equipment ONLY.
• Please remove mud and dirt before play as it can damage the screen.
• You must provide your own clubs.
• You may use your own balls or one provided by us. Balls need to have a logo to work with the system.
• No sprigs on shoes allowed.
• Only one person is to be in the hitting area at a time.
• You must hit from the hitting mat, no running starts or horseplay.
• You are responsible for the safety of others around you and must always check your surroundings before swinging a club.
• Aim to hit the hitting screen only.
• Handle the technology with care and report any issues immediately.
• Those aged under 13 must be supervised by an adult or legal guardian.
• You must only hit one golf ball at a time.
• Photographs and videos are for personal use only and not for any commercial purposes.
• You must follow all staff instructions, written and verbal.
• You are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the directions of the rules and guidelines.
• You are responsible for your own property; we will not be responsible for any loss.
• Any damage to Gisborne Golf Sim property will result in you paying the repair and/or replacement costs.
• It is your responsibility to respect the facility, leave areas you have used clean and tidy, and to remove any rubbish upon concluding your booking.
• Smoking, vaping, and use of e-cigarettes is not permitted inside the building.
• No alcohol is to be bought on site.
• Any behaviour that disrupts enjoyment of the facility for others, may result in termination of your booking and/or membership.
• If there are any issues with the bays or technology during normal work hours, we will attend to these ASAP. Please contact us via email admin@gisbornegolfsim.co.nz.
• If there are issues after normal work hours, we will attend to these the next day and a credit will be issued for lost time incurred.
